The Hope
Most government-run schools in Tanzania are ill-equipped, over-populated, and do not educate children to pass the national exam, which is their ticket into higher education. Educate-4-Life provides tuition assistance to those who hope to get a solid foundation in a school that has smaller classes, well-educated teachers, and higher standards for learning.
The Story
Educate-4-Life is a direct sponsorship program which provides much needed tuition assistance for children who qualify for and wish to attend private schools in Tanzania. Because of the lack of personnel in Tanzania (1 doctor for every 30,000 patients) P4HT also provides scholarships for university students to attend nursing or medical school.
